Helping mission-driven organizations build financial strength and strategic resilience

Nonprofit organizations provide critical, vibrant, high-quality services to our communities but many are financially fragile and under-resourced.

The food pantry, the domestic violence shelter, the community after school program, the local theatre typically run on thin budgets boosted by passion and purpose. Despite financial challenges, nonprofit leaders apply commitment and creativity to expertly deliver high-quality programs and services.

Nonprofit leaders know that there is more than one kind of strength.

SectorWind, a consulting firm led by Sandi McKinley, works with nonprofit leaders and funders to build financial strength and strategic resilience through customized financial management consulting, strategic financial planning, and facilitated decision-making support.
